We want you to be happy with your purchases, however, if for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we have a 14-day return window — no questions asked.
Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Kindly email all exchange or refund requests to info@clout9.com.sg.
CLOUT9 reserves the right to decline a refund/exchange request if it does not meet the return requirements. In the case of any defects, photo proof of the relevant defect must be sent in via email.
Delivery fees for returns will be borne by customers. CLOUT9 is not responsible for any loss or damages that may occur during the return process.

Return Requirements:
Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.
Discounted items above 50% off will not be applicable for refunds/exchanges unless found to be defective. In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on beauty products and earrings unless they are defective, or the wrong item was sent.
If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.
All returns/exchanges must be acknowledged and approved via email notification. Any returns received without confirmation or approval will be rejected and sent back to the sender at your own cost.
A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt.
A one-time exchange can be made for the replacement of the same item or for another item with the same value. If the product exchange is of a higher value, the difference must be topped up by the customer.

When you are ready to order, click on the "CHECK OUT" button located in your shopping cart.
4. Account Login
For Returning Customers: Login using the same email address and password that you have used previously. New Customers: New customers will need to fill up the information within the fields. Enter your Email, First Name, Last Name followed by your Address. Select "Save this information for next time" to create an account with us.
5. Shipping
Select a shipping method from the list of options provided.
6. Payment
Select your preferred payment method from the list of options provided. We currently support Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, PayNow QR, Atome & Hoolah payment methods. Select whether your Billing Address should be the same as your Shipping Address.
7. Complete Order
Upon completing your payment, you should receive an Email Confirmation of your order.

Yes, you may cancel your order via email. Please note that you will need to contact us as soon as possible to avoid your order being processed.
Once your order has been processed, you may be asked to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credits.
Please note that all refunds on order cancellations will be in the form of store credits.

In most cases, orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment from you via our payment gateways. However, if the amount has already been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at info@clout9.com.sg and we will assist you in sorting it out.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to add an item to your order once it has been completed. Please place a new order if you wish to purchase more items.
No cause for concern, just send us an email with your Order ID along with the details of the missing item and a photo of your parcel to info@clout9.com.sg.

We will send you an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Your order will be held for 3 working days from the date of purchase.
Any orders that have not been picked up within 3 working days will be automatically returned to our warehouse.

We will assist you in making arrangements for delivery. Delivery is free of charge for orders above S$100, and S$5 for orders below S$100.
Special promotions are regularly run on CLOUT9 as "limited time offers" or on a "while stocks last" basis. We also issue special promo codes and vouchers which you can use on your orders. However, there will be no price adjustments provided on previous orders made, and all purchases made are final.
Only one promo code can be used per order.

International warranty is provided for watches sold by CLOUT9. You may refer to the table below for the warranty period of each brand. There is no warranty provided for other product categories sold on CLOUT9. The warranty only covers:
- Movement of watches
- Defects in the manufacturing process for watches
The warranty does not cover:
- Batteries, case, glass, straps, bracelets, tarnishing of the watch plating
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless marked water resistant on the case back
- Theft or loss of the complete watch or components
